It all started with our Westie, Henry. After countless trips to stores searching for unique dog collars and coming up empty, I decided to take matters into my own hands. What began as a fun hobby on my late Grandmother's sewing machine —making collars for friends and family—quickly grew in popularity. By September 2015, I launched Pawesome Pups on Etsy to share my creations with a wider audience.

As a one-woman show, I personally handle every step of the process. I shop for all of the fabric, cut, iron and sew it all by hand —ensuring that each collar is truly a labor of love. You won’t find Pawesome Pups collars in big-box stores; each one is uniquely made with care and attention to detail.

In July 2022, I took the leap and left my 9-to-5 job as a bodily injury adjuster in the insurance industry to focus on Pawesome Pups full time. It was the best decision I’ve ever made, turning my passion for dogs and design into a dream job!
