This listing is for a 4" flower but the embellishment can also be put on a 3" flower. If you‘d like a 3" instead, please leave a note at checkout and we will refund you the $1 difference for size. Also note, the photo shows a 4" flower. When choosing a 3", less petals will be visible and the embellishment will be more predominant.Please note - we use elastic on the back of the flowers, not Velcro.
